Electronic Packaging Tubes Effectively Protect Components from Deformation

We've been producing these electronic packaging tubes for some time now. According to customer feedback, there have been no instances of component pin deformation or damage using these tubes. Every tube can be successfully integrated into automated production lines.

During the development of these electronic packaging tubes, we meticulously measured the components based on customer feedback, achieving a dimension accuracy of 0.01mm. Sufficient space was provided for the pins, and a support was added to one side of the tube to elevate the components, thus protecting the pins. Considering the small size of the components and the need for automated production, it was also crucial that the parts not flip inside the tube. These points were all addressed, resulting in customer satisfaction. Below are the specifications:
