Disadvantages of TO-220F Packaging Tubes:

1. At the same thickness, PS packaging tubes are more brittle than PVC packaging tubes. Therefore, when designing packaging tubes for electronic components, if the customer chooses PS material, we generally thicken the tube wall by about 1mm to ensure safety during transportation. Additionally, we need to consider whether the tube end will burst during the cutting process.

2. PS packaging tubes are much more expensive than PVC packaging tubes, which is the main reason why most electronic component manufacturers choose PVC packaging tubes for automated packaging.

With the increasing awareness of ecological environment and social responsibility, environmentally friendly materials will become the mainstream packaging materials. Currently, the environmentally friendly materials used in automated packaging production lines mainly include: PS packaging tubes, PETG packaging tubes, and ABS packaging tubes.
