The PVC transparent pipe manufacturer takes its own production process as an example. When a customer wants to order IC transparent pipes, they first design a packaging pipe plan and measure each size precisely. They also arrange a reasonable space to allow the customer to confirm. After receiving the returned packaging pipe plan, they immediately start to make the molds and order the PVC raw materials. After completing the preliminary work, the next step is to make samples. Once the pipes are produced, the components sent by the customer are installed inside the pipes, and the two ends are sealed with glue plugs. The pipes are shaken up and down like a seesaw to test how smoothly the components slide inside the pipes. If the result does not meet the ideal state, the molds will be modified, and another sample will be made! This process repeats until the ideal state is achieved. Then, you don't need to worry about the molds and dimensions. During the sample-making and production process, the PVC raw materials need to be heated and melted to the temperature required by the industry. The screw extrudes the melted material, and it is formed by a shaping mold after leaving the hot mold head. Then, it is cooled by water, passes through the tension machine, and arrives at the pipe cutting table. The length is set, and it is automatically cut to the packaging pipe length desired by the customer. The subsequent process involves anti-static treatment. The pipes are soaked in anti-static liquid, dried, and the anti-static value is tested. After that, they can be packed and shipped.
