The chip manufacturer was stuck by the problem of clogging in the IC material tubes and sought a solution from Li Chen.

One of the chip manufacturers' purchasing staff was in a dilemma because the IC material tubes ordered from another factory were not flowing properly, which had a significant impact on the automated production line. Even after contacting the original tube supplier, they couldn't solve the problem. Therefore, they had to try other packaging tube suppliers.

Well, on Baidu, searching for "IC material tubes", as they were browsing, a message about custom-made IC material tubes without clogging caught their attention. The purchasing manager immediately became energetic and clicked on it. After seeing our official website, after reading several pages, they felt that our packaging tubes were quite good, so they contacted our business. Our business, upon hearing the situation of this manager, asked him to send a few samples and helped him redesign the plan. Our engineering design took the defective parts, pondered for a moment, measured the size of the components and compared it with the original packaging tube plan. They found that the original packaging tube did not fully grasp the size during the design and there was a part that needed a reinforcement strip for fixation. The original design did not consider this aspect either, which led to the clogging of the packaging tube. Our engineering design made some minor changes, measured the size accurately and added a reinforcement strip for fixation. This purchasing manager confirmed this packaging tube plan with their engineering and reached a cooperation agreement with us.
