There are two main reasons for carrying belt manufacturers card parts:

Parts category:

The scale of the parts is not in the planning range, resulting in a dry relationship with the carrier groove, showing the phenomenon of clamping;

There is deformation or burr in the part, and there is a dry relationship between the orientation of deformation or burr and the carrier groove, resulting in a stuck part;

Carrier class:

Mold wear leads to smaller mold size, resulting in the carrier groove and parts between the dry, resulting in stuck;

For example, if the mold is used for a long time and the mold is not maintained, the corners of the mold will show wear, and the bottom corners will become R angles (as shown below). After forming, the bottom of the groove will become an arc phenomenon, and the bearing belt of Kunshan will cause the PIN of the part to dry with the arc in the groove, showing the bad phenomenon of the card;
